Subject	car not turning over

Message	i ran codes, i got a code 11. swapped the CAS. now i have a code 55 which is a step foward. but still had the loud grind/scratch noise. got the starter tested and it failed. i bought a new Starter, put in my new spark plugs, and got a new battery. car sounds like its about to turn over with no grind, then shuts down...i am stumped
